Kristin Clay, CPA

Managing Member and Founder

Kristin serves as the organization’s administrator. She brings extensive expertise in accounting, tax planning, and the complex healthcare regulations that impact children and families with special needs.

As the sister of an individual with special needs, Kristin offers not only professional knowledge but also a deep personal understanding of the challenges families face. Her compassion and insight help guide families and support caregivers with care, clarity, and commitment.

Joyce Clay

Nursing Supervisor

brings over 43 years of experience across multiple areas of healthcare, including maternal-child and community nursing.

As the mother of a child with special needs, she offers a deep, personal understanding of the complexities families face when navigating care. Her unique perspective allows her to provide both clinical expertise and compassionate guidance to those with complex healthcare needs.

In addition to her extensive clinical background, Joyce has spent many years teaching nursing and continues to mentor and train nurses to deliver high-quality, personalized care in the home setting.
